If you have at least 7+ years’ experience of successfully designing, implementing, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion programs/strategies with at least 3 years of management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Leadership, Diversity, or other related field and want to be part of a strong team; let’s talk!!

As the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

You will be responsible for establishing the vision and strategy that champions the importance and value of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

You will evaluate the internal and external DEI landscape and design innovative solutions focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce.

You will also support the creation of equity value propositions across the organization including delivering high impact strategies across functional and business areas.

At least 7+ years’ experience of successfully designing, implementing, and driving diversity, equity and inclusion programs/strategies with at least 3 years of management experience with a large organization (At least 4K employees) required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Leadership, Diversity, or another related field required.

Experience with project management, strategic operations, strategy consulting, and designing data driven diversity program strategies.

Experience analyzing and interpreting data and translating analysis into recommendations required.

Thorough understanding of workplace diversity, affirmative action, and EEO laws and regulations required.

Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, leading practices, and innovations in DEI required.
