nnThe Finance Manager will report to the CFO and will play a key role in providing information that will be critical to the development of the strategy for the Company.

He/She will develop in-depth knowledge of operations and serve as a business advisor to the CFO and Executive Teamnn nn nn nn The Opportunity nn nnThe Finance Manager will independently perform complex financial and operational analyses in all areas of the business.

The Finance Manager will develop and drive periodic performance reporting and performance measurements and will work closely with the CFO focusing on corporate and strategic analysis to drive business outcomes.nn nnThe Finance Manager will “roll up his/her sleeves” to contribute to the growth strategy (both organic and M&A) while ensuring that plans, forecasts, and analytics are insightful and comprehensive.nn nn nn nn Specifically, the Finance Manager will: nn nn nn nn Analysis & Performance Reporting: nn Manage and lead financial analysis (revenue, cost, profit, cash flow, balance sheet, pricing).

Establish and perform analysis with respect to revenue cycle.

nn nn nn Budgeting and Forecasting: nn Prepare and manage annual budgets and regular forecasts of revenue and expenses, capital, and cash flows.

Review and explain significant account variances when comparing actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

nn n nn nn QUALIFICATIONS nn nnThe Finance Manager will be a trusted business advisor to the CFO and will demonstrate excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Additionally, this individual will be ethical, energetic, and have a passion for driving business outcomes.nn nn nn nn The following experiences and/or qualifications are required: nn Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a growing organization.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex and multifaceted issues and present their findings clearly and succinctly.

Understand commercial strategic drivers and advise senior management of financial implications of decisions.

Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and process improvement skills.

Strong knowledge of the inner workings of a business P & L statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential.

Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on building relationships across the organization.

Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conceptualization through implementation across multiple internal and external reporting and organizational lines.

Strong systems skills and an ability to help lead the implementation of systems and process re-design to increase the efficiency of key financial processes.

nn n nn nn The following items are helpful or preferred but not required: nn Proven FP&A experience in a fast-paced, evolving, private equity backed organization.

Experience in multi-site, health & wellness services related industries; specifically working with third-party payers.

Experience in Fortune 500/”best in class” company.

M&A experience, especially in the context of national healthcare platform growth (rapid acquisitions, both small and larger acquisitions, integration of clinical and back office / RCM processes and systems).

Tenure working in best-in-class, mature companies as well as more entrepreneurial, fast-growing companies.
