The Merrill Guided Investing Financial Solutions Advisors (FSAs) help clients and prospective clients with financial needs and goals that are most important to them.

Our Financial Solutions Advisors, collaborate with clients on a daily basis to provide service and advice to our existing U.S.

clients via a phone-based platform.

With each connection, FSAs provide care to individuals by identifying broader product and service solutions that meet their investment and savings needs.

Financial Solutions Advisors demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets by applying key principles appropriately.  The FSAs will align the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners when appropriate for a client.  Additionally, the FSA will set clear expectations when establishing a new relationship in order to create a smooth and streamlined experience.

This program delivers hands-on practice, personalized coaching and classes that will help you become the advisor you want to be.

The Academy also provides training beyond portfolios and investment strategies.

You’ll learn to consider a client’s entire and complex financial picture, and then guide them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives.

Work in the center of the financial universe, tapping into a range of experts, from mortgage lenders to investment analysts.

Trust.

Achieve additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) or leverage approved tuition reimbursement to further your education
You’re the kind of person that (required skills)
Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days) Minimum of 1-2+ years financial advisory or investment experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded Passion for excellence and willingness to work to exceed client expectations by communicating effectively and confidently while engaging all clients.

Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Bachelor’s degree (business related discipline strongly preferred), or 1-2 years relevant work experience
You’ll be even more prepared if you have (desired skills)
Experience managing and building a book of clients within the Financial Services industry Capable of effectively operating in a team oriented and highly collaborative environment Extraordinary interpersonal skills, willingness to receive and implement feedback, and a strong team orientation Ability to effectively manage workload in a high volume environment Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
