You are:
The SAP Training Content Developer (CAMS). Responsible for developing all training materials, scheduling of training classes, and maintenance of the system User’s Manuals for in-house and special products. Responsible for development of user standard operating procedures for new software and hardware, lesson plans, hand-outs, reference sheets and functional hands-on training exercises.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

• 7 + years of experience developing and delivering SAP training, to include most of the following:

  • Foundational knowledge and understanding of learning theory and instructional design techniques
  • Extensive knowledge of two or more SAP modules, multiple business processes and associated SAP transactions
  • Proficient use of uPerform (or other similar tools) to develop training material
  • Development of system-based training curriculums, as well as briefing slides to utilize in presentations for all levels of an organization
  • Previous experience with large Software Development Lifecycle implementations
  • Development of training approach and plans
  • Experience using or building SAP training data
  • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects / Business Intelligence Suite or similar reporting tool and SAP Modules such as ECC 6.0, CAMS, SCM, or HCM
  • Experience with Fiori applications and consumer portals
  • Experience with web based training development (use of Adobe Captivate)
  • Experience with Fiori applications and consumer portals

• 4+ years experience in CAMS and MII functionality

The extras:

  • US Citizenship Required

Bonus points if you have:

  • Military or DoD experience, preferably in Logistics
  • Exposure to SAFe methodology
  • Knowledge of uPerform administration
