Seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a small consulting firm located in Montgomery County, MD.

The successful candidate works well in a small team setting; independent; works wells with senior executives and clients; can handle highly confidential matters with discretion; resilient and easily adapts to change.

Duties include:
First point of contact for CEO Answer, screen and forward a high volume of incoming calls Written communications for CEO Manage CEO’s calendar Arrange and schedule meetings, events, conferences and appointments Coordinate travel-related tasks, including expense reporting Office Management Records management Various administrative tasks Assists with special projects and requests Vendor sourcing and management Liaison between CEO and staff, in all areas relating to organization’s projects and CEO’s calendar Perform related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
5-7 years senior level administrative support and office management experience High-level of experience preparing MS Power Point presentations, Word and Excel documents, Adobe Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team member Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to maintain confidentiality standards MS Office 365 expertise
